Guide Nine: Credibility

This is a rather interesting claim, but we have a very simple explanation to it. Closure is achieved when you share information that is considered private. You should make your clients feel like they are discovering your soul, not just your content.

See, we have talked about emotional bonds between you are your users through content that resonates on the level of feelings. Closure, “secrets,” numbers and stats can bring you closer to your viewer by transforming simple posting into a real conversation.
The use of numbers and metrics while sharing secrets can be useful when trying to relate to the user. But it’s no serious financial data, but more so information about your success in the form of numbers. Why?

Numbers are easier to perceive.

They are easier to notice, read quickly, and things like graphs or charts may be way more catchy than a paragraph, especially when it comes to unique information that must be highlighted.

Most people won’t understand beyond surface level.

When creating content, you must aim for the general public, and the general public won’t probably catch up on internal processes that revolve around development or such. If you want to touch up on topics that seem just way too complicated, make sure to serve it in the form that can be easily understood. And if words don’t work, numbers will.
